SEXUAL HARASSMENT of WO-MEN " Women are equal to men, i think women are better than Men " search google and you will get a 10s, 100s, 1000s, and millions of such lines. I want to ask the women, Are we men so glorified and idlolized by them that they want to be equal to us or in a case better than us. We men are the reference point for them, Are we? Are we at war with each other? A ctually, i was going through The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. And i found out something that this law must have been written, compiled and discussed by some really prejudicially obssessed people and legislators. Pardon my language and dont hang me after this. But what i feel, i wrote. The simple reason for such dis-agreement is that, this act is similar to having a fixed quota for a particular category.
